A motorist was seriously injured in an accident in Beek en Donk on Monday evening. The driver crashed into a tree on Herendijk. The engine block and a wheel of the car were located a lot further on the street.
It is not known how the accident could have happened. The police are investigating on the spot.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance. The road is closed for the time being. Until what time is unknown.
