A motorcyclist crashed into a delivery van on Sunday on the Sonseweg in Lieshout. The bus just wanted to turn the road from a driveway. The motorcyclist came to a halt against a tree. The blow was so hard that a piece of the tree was stuck in the wheel of the engine. The driver was not injured.
According to the agents on the spot, the man had ‘an angel on his shoulder’. He was checked in the ambulance, but did not have to go to the hospital because he was wearing very good motorcycle clothing.
The road is closed until the engine is stored.
