Motocross rider Jeffrey Herlings has fallen further behind classification leader Lucas Coenen in the MXGP. At the Grand Prix in Teutschenthal in Germany, the 31-year-old Honda driver from Oploo dropped out in the first moto and Herlings finished second in the second moto.
The 19-year-old Coenen was the fastest in both competitions. After seven of the nineteen World Cup meetings, the Belgian leads with 344 points. Herlings follows in second place with 313 points.
The next Grand Prix is on June 7 in Latvia.
