The number of absence reports has risen to the highest level in four years in January. This is according to figures from occupational health and safety services ArboNed and HumancapitalCare. 85 out of 1000 employees reported sick in January 2025. The flu seems to be the big culprit, because a few weeks ago the RIVM announced a flu epidemic.
