“In 2021, Moskomexpertiza specialists reviewed more than 4,400 sets of design documentation for objects sold at the expense of the Moscow budget. Thanks to the expertise, it was possible to save 101.6 billion rubles, which can be redistributed for other needs, ”the deputy mayor said.

The vice-mayor clarified that the reduction in the estimated cost within the framework of the examination is achieved through the optimization of technological and technical solutions, as well as updating the estimates taking into account the current prices for building materials and products.

“The funds saved thanks to the expertise are directed to the construction of schools, kindergartens, clinics, hospitals, roads, metro lines and other infrastructure facilities needed by the city,” Bochkarev added.
