More than a hundred thousand people displaced in eastern Congo after fighting between government forces and rebel movements

Last week’s fighting between the Congolese army and armed groups in Masisi, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, has displaced around 102,000 people. This is estimated by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) based on local sources.
