More than 400 tourists have been stranded on Socotra island, off the coast of Yemen, the island’s deputy governor, Yehya ben Afrar, said on Monday. Their flights were canceled and air traffic was disrupted by fighting on the Yemeni mainland between Houthi rebels, separatist STC forces and government forces.
