In the Stavropol Territory, more than 14 thousand residents were left without electricity due to strong winds, the press service of the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports. Interfax.

The outage occurred at 22:20 Moscow time in Stavropol and in the city of Mikhailovsk. Later, electricity was cut off in the village of Tuguluk and the village of Verkhnyaya Kugulta. “These are 4139 households with individual heating with a population of 14405 people,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations specified.
