More reports of physical aggression at work: ‘People have gotten a short fuse’

Traffic controllers are abused and threatened so often that they no longer even notice. Employees are increasingly confronted with aggression in the workplace, the number of reports has increased in recent years. The service therefore checks whether employers are doing enough to make their staff resilient.
