It appears to be difficult for schools to deal with online bullying. Bullying does not stop at school, but continues via social media. “It sometimes happens in the classroom, but often beyond. And especially online it is a persistent issue. It goes on 24 hours a day,” says Rogier Oet, Director of the Education Inspectorate, to the NOS.
