At the Haagsemarkt in the Breda neighborhood Princenhage, a monumental mansion has been for sale for three weeks on Funda for 850,000 euros. From the outside, the house already radiates a historic feeling due to the white color and the architectural style full of ornaments.

But how much does it cost to have this mansion completely customised? “You won’t be done with a million. It really does take a few hundred thousand to make it completely to your liking.”
But then you have a great opportunity in terms of location, according to her. “All the properties around the Haagsemarkt have been bought by investors, so this is a unique opportunity to acquire a house.”
