Monique Hansler is annoyed that her son Mike Hansler’s ex-lovers constantly appear at the Shownieuws desk. She wants it to stop and quickly. “They want to get a lot of followers!”
The editors of Shownieuws love it: Mike Hansler’s exes. Every other evening someone else sits at the desk to complain about Mike or his infamous mother Monique Hansler. Antine Algra, his first Winter Vol Liefde ex, is there all the time, but his last ex Denise van der Laan has now also taken a seat there.
‘They want followers!’
Monique is really done with it. She doesn’t understand why Shownieuws is so interested in those girls. “It may be strange for me to say it, but I think she just can’t let it go,” she says in the Party. “Those girls are influencers. They want to get a lot of followers and really want to be on TV.”
She continues: “So then they sit down at Shownieuws and wherever they can sit, that’s where they sit. Then I think: if you all the way from Friesland have to go there every time to talk about Winter Vol Liefde… And then it’s about us again. About Monique, about those apps… My phone is full. I have saved everything.”
Heartache
Antine states that she had to text Monique every morning, but she didn’t always feel like it. “I have everything she wrote and recorded to me. Of course I have texted her sometimes, but not as exaggerated as she now claims,” says Mo.
Yet Denise confirmed that story; she also states that Monique demands frequent app contact with her daughter-in-law. Mo concludes: “Those girls are just heartbroken. And they think: imagine if the Hanslers immediately go ahead with something, I would have liked that too. Yes, I think so.”
