Mixed relay team with Femke Bol grabs first gold medal at the Indoor European Championship

The first gold medal at the European Indoor European Championship has arrived. The mixed relay team 4×400 meters was the fastest partly due to a phenomenal Femke Bol. Together with Nick Smidt, Eveline Saalberg and Tony van Diepen, she gave the Netherlands the gold. The quartet took the title for Belgium in 3.15.63. That was just not a European record (3.15.50).
