THE HAGUE – Minister Wopke Hoekstra of Foreign Affairs condemns the alleged rocket attack on the port of the Ukrainian city of Odessa. “Outrageous and unacceptable: a rocket attack on the seaport of Odessa just one day after the agreement was signed in Istanbul,” he wrote on social media.
