Minister of Post, Petra De Sutter (Green), together with the Flemish Foundation for Traffic Engineering (VSV), offers traffic lessons for parcel couriers. This is a test project. On Wednesday morning, Minister De Sutter presented the project to Febelco, a wholesaler of pharmaceutical products, in Sint-Niklaas in East Flanders.
