The minimum tax of 15 percent for multinationals is in danger of being delayed by a year now that not all EU countries have yet given their agreement. The cabinet regrets this, but does not feel like introducing the tax unilaterally. According to State Secretary Marnix van Rij (Taxation), a two-speed situation is “not desirable in this file”.
