Milky Chance start European and German tour 2022

The folktronica duo Milky Chance is on tour again. The European tour begins in October, taking the band to Switzerland, Spain and France. In November and December the band from Kassel will then play a total of eight concerts in Germany, including in Berlin, Munich and Leipzig.

“We are really looking forward to the tour! This is our first EU tour since Covid and we’re going to almost every country in Europe,” the band said. With 44 shows in 25 countries, it is the biggest European tour so far. “We’ve made and released so much music in the last year that we’re really excited to play it all live now.”

The band will also start the sustainability project “Milky Change” on the tour. As part of the “take care of what is there” campaign, 25 cents per concert ticket go to the organization “Wilderness International”, which purchases rainforest areas in Peru to protect them from deforestation.

Milky Chance also gained international fame in 2013 with their debut single “Stolen Dance”. The song reached #1 on the Billboard Alternative Charts in the US. Most recently, Milky Chance released the single “Synchronize” in March 2022. The last regular album MIND THE MOON was released in 2019, followed in 2021 by the mixtape TRIP TAPE with a mixture of originals, covers and remixes.
