Javier Milei is now the new president of all Argentines. In these intense hours, some details about the country that comes with him in command.
The first. Milei is going to do everything she said she was going to do. At least she’s going to try. The Fool, the nickname she earned as a child for his solitary and somewhat violent character, does not lie, it is genuine even in his delusions (and that is partly why it works). Those who voted for him thinking “this isn’t going to happen at all” are in for a surprise.
The second. Milei’s relationship with Mauricio Macri is destined to fail. Neither the Fool nor the Killer can handle his nature: one is indomitable and the other only knows employees or enemies. We are going to go from a government with a dysfunctional coalition to one that is even worse.
A more personal capacity. I am a journalist. My work is almost that of a historian: I collect events that have already happened and convert them into text. The investigation into Milei (with 0 disproved facts from the book she wrote, “El Loco”, by Editorial Planeta) presents an unappealable conclusion: she is not qualified to be President. I hope I’m wrong.
