Mike (50) buys a brand new Mercedes Vito, but considers legal action a year and 14 repairs later: “There was something new wrong after every repair”

Mike Van Berghen is a hi-fi installer and manager of Audio Mastery and bought a new Mercedes Vito for his business at Hedin garage in Boortmeerbeek in Flemish Brabant in November 2024 for 80,000 euros. The car has been back in the garage for repairs no fewer than 14 times since then. When the car returned from the garage damaged for the umpteenth time, the bucket was full. “They keep you on a string and treat you like trash.
