The Midnightwalk Assen has proven to be a success number again on Friday evening. More than 1500 participants gathered at 9 p.m. on the Koopmansplein before the start of the seventeenth edition. After a special evening walk, alderman Jan Broekema announced the proceeds: no fewer than 18,750 euros, fully intended for charities in Assen who focus on children.
