Mid-term elections: change of strategy in Ukraine?

The mid-term elections have arrived in the US and with them it seems that the meager majority can be faded that still maintains the Democratic Party in the House. This situation would greatly limit the scope for legislative action of the Biden Administration on many fronts. In the domestic, with issues ranging from the open investigation process in relation to the assault on the Capitol to the legislative proposals in relation to abortion after the June ruling of the Supreme Court. But also at the international level, especially in relation to the sending of economic and military aid to Ukraine. To date, Congress has approved more than $65 billion in aid since the beginning of the invasion, the largest disbursement to a country since the Vietnam War.
