Rocker Michael Monroe challenged Love You Mean It (Lumi) production company in April 2023.

According to the lawsuit filed in the Helsinki district court, the dispute concerns whether the document can be published without Monroe’s permission.

The production company handed over the documentary to the Elisa Viihde streaming service, where it could be viewed at least on 27.12. 2021. In addition, the production company advertised the program at least on Facebook. According to Monroe, the production company also had no right to hand over the documentary to Elisa Viihtee. The lawsuit has four points in total.

The documentary was removed from Elisa Viihte a few days after publication. Director of the documentary Saku-Petteri Perintö commented on the deletion to Iltalehte by stating that Monroe “pressured” the document to be deleted. According to heritage, Monroe started making documentaries by mutual consent in 2017.
