A car ended up in a ditch on the Hoogeveenseweg in Meppel last night. The 39-year-old driver of the car must surrender his driver’s license because he is suspected of driving under the influence.
The accident happened around 10:45 p.m. The driver was then taken to the station for a breath test and interrogation.
