Memorial garden on the site of the Dutroux horror house will be officially opened today

Today a memorial garden will be opened on the spot where the infamous serial killer Marc Dutroux held his young victims captive, more than 25 years after his crimes. Authorities in the city of Charleroi last year demolished the ‘house of horrors’ in which Dutroux tortured and raped children in a soundproof dungeon.
