Albert Eickhoff has died. The fashion entrepreneur died at the age of 86, several media reports. Eickhoff’s family confirmed his death to the daily newspaper Rheinische Post by telephone.
Eickhoff ran a store on Düsseldorf’s luxury shopping street Königsallee for more than 30 years. The doors were then closed in May 2014 and the French fashion house Dior rented the space.
