Tumult at the Utrecht town hall Thursday evening. Pro-Palestinian activists made themselves heard loudly, after a mood in the city council about a boycott of Israel. Mayor Sharon Dijksma made an attempt to calm the group, but that ended up in the middle of a skirmish. “It was intimidating.”
