Maximiliano, how did you start with your current activity?
I have training as an electronic engineer from the UBA and more than fifteen years working in technology.
Along that path I developed as a business coach, a combination that was not planned. It arose from discovering that successful companies were not the most technological ones, but those that had an owner who knew how to lead people, not just manage tools.
That led me to found Lidera con IA, where I advise business owners before they invest in technology. In my work: I think like an engineer, I listen like a coach and I decide like a consultant.

My work starts with what I call “Session Zero”: before an entrepreneur invests in artificial intelligence or any technology, we evaluate together if their business has the leadership and structure to take advantage of it. From there I do strategic consulting, where I analyze processes, real bottlenecks and opportunities that the owner does not see because he is inside the problem.
I also give workshops for companies and business chambers.
How do you project yourself in the medium term?
My goal is to become the number one reference in leadership powered by artificial intelligence for SMEs in Latin America.
That means continuing to work with more entrepreneurs, growing Lidera con IA as a consultant and expanding from Argentina to different Latin American countries through conferences and training. My bet is that the conversation about AI in SMEs stops revolving around tools and starts revolving around the people who are going to use them.
¿WhatWhat differentiates you?
Most of those who talk about AI for companies start with the tool. I start with the owner. Because if your team depends on you for every decision and if you don’t have clear processes, artificial intelligence will cause chaos faster. I work with my own model — Leadership, Structure, Technology — where technology comes last; The human thing is resolved first.
Furthermore, I have no incentive to sell technology: I do not implement solutions, I do not resell software, I do not charge commission for tools. My job is to give clarity to each business.
To conclude: a reflection on your professional journey
If I had to start over, I would stop looking for the perfect solution and start executing sooner. For years I believed that I needed to have everything figured out to take the first step. Today my rule is simple: done beats perfect.
