Transfermarkt has made adjustments to the market value – more precisely devaluations – for over 400 players without a club. After this update, there are still 19 players who are without a club but still have a market value of at least one million euros. The 35-year-old striker, who has been without a club since terminating his contract with VfL Wolfsburg at the end of November, has dropped by 600,000 to 900,000 euros. For the first time since the turn of the year 2009/10, when he played as a talent for FC St. Pauli in the 2nd Bundesliga, Kruse has fallen below the one million euro market value again.
