Tonight’s first episode of Masterchef Italy 13, will see the contestants face a Mystery Box that will make them travel around the world to discover exotic and perhaps unknown ingredients. Following in the Invention Test, guest lo chef Assaf Granit, a Michelin star at the Parisian restaurant Shabour and owner of 31 other restaurants located in 7 different countries. His cuisine is characterized by the union of Middle Eastern cuisine with ingredients from all over the world discovered during his travels.
