Apparently there will soon be musical cooperation between Blackpink member Lisa and Maroon 5. On April 25, the American band revealed on its social media accounts that their upcoming single “Priceless” includes a feature with the K-Pop singer.
In the posted video you can see Lisa next to the maroon 5 front man Adam Levine. In the background you can already hear a first song neckline. Levine sings among other things: “Baby you’s priceless, i never had anything like this”. However, an exact release date of the track has not yet been announced.
The first song of the upcoming album?
At the beginning of April, Maroon 5 already confirmed the rumors for a new album. Levine revealed in the “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”: “You are true, the rumors are right.” “Priceless” could now be the first single of the record announced for this summer.
Maroon 5 released her currently up-to-date album in 2021. Unusual feature guests such as Megan Thee Stallion, Stevie Nicks and here were represented, but which captured the style of the band that has changed over the years. The LP reached 8th place in the USA and was awarded gold, in Germany it was only enough for 39th place. Since then, only the standalone single “Middle Ground” (2023) and a remix of the song with the American country singer Micky Guyton appeared. The band was last seen live in Germany in the summer of 2023.
