Lotte Kopecky (SD Worx – Protime) finished twelfth in the chasing group, a handful of seconds away.
It is the first victory of the season for the 34-year-old Reusser. She succeeds the Italian Elisa Longo Borghini on the honors list of Dwars door Vlaanderen, a competition that was promoted to the World Tour this year.
