On NPO1, viewers experienced a Super Bowl moment on Saturday evening. For the first time in Dutch television history, this year’s most beautiful Christmas advertisements were broadcast in two blocks of more than fifteen minutes. From a mother who falls in love with Santa Claus, to a jealous Frank Lammers, who thinks his wife wants to run away with her childhood sweetheart. Marketing expert Chris Woerts sheds his (Christmas) light on it: “What an amateur job, that commercial from the Plus!”
