Diadié Samassékou, currently on loan at Olympiacos Piraeus from TSG Hoffenheim, is no longer the most valuable player in Super League 1. Meanwhile, PAOK Thessaloniki’s Giannis Konstantelias has become the most valuable U20 player in Greece’s top flight with today’s market value update that adjusts 49 players , it increases by a whopping 900 percent.
Samassékou has not been able to assert himself with the series champions, who are currently five points behind Panathinaikos Athens, and is usually only used as a joker. As a result, the 27-year-old “six”, who is still under contract with TSG until 2025, will be downgraded by 2 million to 10 million euros. Teammate Sergi Canós (26), who came from Brentford in the winter, is now the sole leader with 12 million euros.

Three-time US national player Konrad de la Fuente, who was loaned out from Marseille in the summer, has also been downgraded to the side of the record champion – by 1.5 million to 3 million euros. The 21-year-old left winger only made five appearances after his move in August and has not been part of the Olympiakos squad since mid-September. A cancellation of the loan and a further transfer to England failed in January.
The big winner, on the other hand, is PAOK’s attacking midfielder Konstantelias, who has jumped from a market value of 400,000 to 4 million euros. The 19-year-old “attained international fame at the latest with his assist in the 2-0 win against AEK, as he juggled the ball lying down and forwarded to Khaled Narey,” says TM market value admin “To-Piratiko”. “Konstantelias has been with PAOK since 2013 and made his league debut in January 2021.
