With the market value update of Polish EkstraKlasa, there is a new leader in the ranking of the most valuable players. AFONSO SOUSA (25) by Meister Lech Poznen follows a plus from one million to 5 million euros to the previous leader and teammate Antoni Kozubal (20). The ex-prince Afimico Pululu (26), on the other hand, lost its position at the very front after a minus from a million to 4 million euros.
“Pululu has drawn attention internationally and became a top scorer in the Conference League, but has long since been with a possible new club,” explains Michael Sroka, Area Manager Poland at the transfer market, the devaluation of the striker. “He was very waned in spring, so you can hear from the environment of his club Jagiellonia that you would also be satisfied with a transfer of EUR 4 million, although you wanted to start negotiating only from 5 million euros not long ago.” Pululu was last associated with Besiktas.
On the other hand, the market value curve shows at Sousa, who contributed 13 goals and six templates to the ninth championship of Lech Poznan. “The Portuguese is technically very well-versed, linchpin of the club, and probably has the largest proportion of the return of the Poznan to the master throne,” said Sroka.
Oyedele jumps from top-50 in top 5
However, the biggest winner of the update is different: Maxi Oyedele (20) from Legia Warsaw climbs a whopping 2.5 million euros, with which the former young player of Manchester United from the top-50 of the highest market values in the league jumps. Pogon Stettin’s Efthymios Koulouris also books a big plus despite a more advanced age of 29 years. The attacker became the unchallenged top scorer of the Ekstraklasa with 28 goals. As a result, he goes up from 2 million to EUR 3.5 million.
The trend in the Legia professional Rúben Vinagre (26) and Vladan Kovačević (27) shows most clearly in the opposite direction, both of whom are also losing one million euros in the market value and are now located at 3.5 million euros.
There is not much movement for the German EkstraKlasa legionnaires. Ex-Leipzig Simon Schierack (20) is the only winner from the quintet with an increase of 25,000 to 50,000 euros. There are devaluations for Marvin Senger (25, -50,000 to 300,000 euros) and the former Hanoverian Sebastian Kerk (31, -100,000 to 300,000 euros), while Kaan Caliskan (25) and Lukas Podolski (40), who recently extended at Górnik Zabrze, keep their ratings of 400,000 euros or 200,000 euros.
