In just half a year, 19-year-old Alex Tóth from the second division professional developed into a national player. In the market value update in the Hungarian league, the midfielder places as strongly as no other. A team-mate of the teenager at Ferencváros is Naby Keïta, loan from Werder Bremen, who can take positive things in Budapest after disappointing in Bremen-as well as Debrecen’s loan striker Maurides from FC St. Pauli.
After his poor Bundesliga season, Keïta had fallen to a market value of one million euros after only five mostly short stakes. At least the midfielder, who was estimated at 65 million euros in Leipzig and Liverpool, was able to hold this value in Hungary. He posted ten league inserts in the second half of the season and became champion.
After a lean second division season, St. Pauli’s Maurides was allowed to go 16 times for Debreceni VSC at the Bundesliga promoted, scored five goals and four templates and, despite the switch to the weaker league, improved its market by 50,000 euros to now 350,000 euros. During his time in Hamburg, he had lost almost half of its market value.
Now even in the top 10 of the Hungarian league, Tóth, who spent the first half of the season at partner club Soroksár in the second division and at Ferencváros from February with ten assists, grown up the best template of the master. He had also scored two goals himself. In March he played for the national team for the first time. The young professional is upgraded by 2.35 million euros and now estimated to be a new market value of EUR 2.5 million. This is all the more remarkable because Ferencváros has numerous devaluations in the squad otherwise. Despite the championship title, the capital club played one of the weakest seasons in recent years (for all market value changes in the Hungarian league).
