De Brito said on US television show LAM that Maria Sol Messi had suffered several serious injuries. These included two broken vertebrae, a broken heel bone and a broken wrist. She also has severe burns that are difficult to treat medically.
According to the journalist, Celia Cuccittini reported that her daughter fainted before the accident. Rehabilitation has already begun in Rosario, Argentina.
Maria Sol actually wanted to marry Messi in Rosario on January 3rd. However, her wedding to her fiancé Julian Arellano, a youth coach at Inter Miami, now has to be postponed.
