For the SS22 season, Dior, under the creative direction of Maria Grazia Chiuri, launched a denim line called ‘Dior 8’ – a tribute to Monsieur Dior himself, whose lucky number was 8. Now the eight denim styles launched back then are being expanded to include a ninth model. Previously, the raw denim creations were available in bootcut, flared, wide-leg, boyfriend and cargo fits – and now also in a new straight shape, specially developed for the Dior spring-summer 2023 collection .
Each model has a label on the back with the words “Christian Dior”, complemented by two horizontal stripes and the model number, from D01 to D09.
