Because of a dispute at Hannover 96, the license is also in danger. But now a solution is in sight.

At Hannover 96 there is an end to the dispute that is at risk of licensing for the occupation of the managing director post. Sports director Marcus Mann should be promoted to the managing director, according to “Bild” and “Hannoverscher Allgemeine Zeitung”. The license application for the new season could be signed in good time until the deadline on March 17th.

“I think everyone has recognized the seriousness of the situation. The tendency is solution -oriented,” said the long -time club boss Martin Kind the “Bild”. The 80-year-old entrepreneur once again emphasized the point of view of the capital side in the complicated 96 structure: “Marcus Mann is not negotiable.”

At the promotion candidate of the 2nd Bundesliga, the leadership of the Mother Association Hannover 96 EV and the shareholders of the outsourced professional football area Hannover 96 GmbH & Co. KGAA have been denied for years. Since the long-time managing director of the professional football division, Martin Kind, both sides have not been able to agree on one successor last year. However, according to the licensing regulations of the German Football League, the club needs a managing director that signs the license application.

So far, the EV leadership has refused its consent to the transportation of Mann, while the capital side did not want to accept the sole finance manager. Due to these differences, the child and other donors made an application for an emergency manager at the Hanover District Court-but without success.

Now the “Mega-Gau” (Supervisory Board member Hauke Jagau) seems off the table. Everything indicates a calling by man as a sports manager and a previously unknown financial manager at his side.
