Marco Borsato has been living in a nightmare for years and now that the trial against him has started, it is all becoming very tangible for the people at home. “The NOS News does this distastefully!”
It has become clear to the entire country what Marco Borsato is suspected of: groping a 15-year-old girl on her thighs, breasts and vagina, both above and under her clothing. It was also the opening news of it last night Eight o’clock newsthe most watched news program on Dutch television.
Genital part
Presenter Saïda Maggé specifically informs viewers about it. “Marco Borsato hears a demand for five months in prison. He is accused of groping an underage girl.”
We then hear Alwin Dam from the Public Prosecution Service name what Marco is accused of: “These actions consisted of touching and rubbing her thighs, breasts, nipples, buttocks, vagina and labia several times above and under her clothing. The suspect also had his genitals touched by the victim.”
‘This isn’t possible!’
This is really not possible, writes EenVandaag journalist Lammert de Bruin on
Journalist Dieuwertje Kuijpers then: “What I find strange: it is pretended that the diary counts extra on top of the victim’s statement (but that is one and the same source, so WHY DO YOU have an extra burden of proof?”
Noisy sex party
The bizarre actions of Nathalie T., the mother of the alleged victim, were also discussed in the Achuurjournaal. Reporter Liedwien Gevers: “The mother is said to have once sent an audio fragment to Marco Borsato in which a noisy lovemaking could be heard by her daughter, the victim.”
“The father is said to have once, when he was still alive, watched his daughter masturbate and said that she had the same technique as her mother. Apparently that was all considered normal in that family and that was also confirmed by other people who came into that family.”
