According to his lawyer, Marco’s case may not be heard until 2026, and Erik de Zwart finds that really ridiculous. He virtually portrays the Public Prosecution Service as a crime organization.

Erik recently opened a Top 40 exhibition, where he put Marco in the spotlight. “He would have wanted to be here today and belongs in the hall of fame, let’s hope that his hostage by the Public Prosecution Service will come to an end in 2025 and he knows where he stands,” he said there.
