Marcelo and Felipe Melo deliver Fluminense’s first Copa Libertadores, Boca Juniors empty-handed again

Fluminense has won the Copa Libertadores for the first time in the club’s 121-year history. The club from Rio de Janeiro crowned itself the best club in South America by beating Boca Juniors 2-1 after extra time in the Maracanã. Two red cards were issued in extra time, including for match winner John Kennedy.
