Quite a few accidents have occurred so far during the Tuesday morning rush hour, Rijkswaterstaat and the ANWB report. At around 9:15 am there was still approximately 220 kilometers of traffic jams on the main roads. Rijkswaterstaat reports that traffic jams are “difficult” to decrease due to the various accidents.
