Meanwhile, the new coach Jacobacci, appointed by TSV 1860, has started work on Grünwalder Straße. The 60-year-old presented himself full of energy and was visibly trying to breathe new life into the “Löwen” who have been without a win for five games in a row and have slipped down to eighth place in the table. “I exude a winning mentality and I pass it on,” said the Italian, who responded to the question about his short-term plan: “conceding fewer goals. And belief in yourself needs to come back. The team needs joy, then the courage will come back. I mustn’t overload them with tactics now, they’re mentally blocked, I have to solve that. I’m a motivator, I’m there for the players. You must accept my help and want success.”
