Star chef Nick Bril from The Jane opens a pop-up restaurant in La Réserve Resort, the luxury hotel by Bart Versluys and Marc Coucke in Knokke-Heist on 9 May. He rents the penthouse up to and including the first week of September. Glasses is controversial after his drunk accident in which a trainee of The Jane lost both legs. Manager Yannick Bouts of La Réserve: “It is not up to us to judge it. That is the task of the court.”
