Nieuwegein – The 29-year-old man who was arrested on Saturday because he would have stabbed a 11-year-old girl in Nieuwegein on the street is not of Syrian but of Moroccan descent. The police report on Sunday morning that the man has both Dutch and Moroccan nationality. He comes from Nieuwegein, just like the victim.
