A 14 -year -old girl was assaulted by a man in the middle of the street at the beginning of this year, in the center of Roosendaal. The police are still looking for this man. In the Insporing Verzocht program, images of the man were shown.
On January 4, the attacker stretched his arm to the victim with a piece of paper in his hand. She thought he provided a business card and tackled it from him. At that moment he suddenly touched her between her legs.
According to the police, it is possible that more girls or women suffer from this man. “If it happened to you, don’t be ashamed and please report it to the police. Thanks to the reporting of the 14-year-old girl there is currently an investigation into the man,” is said in the TV program.
The police would like to speak to two young women who were also approached by the man. They may have had to deal with a similar attempt at assault.
