The facts date from July 2023. The man touched the woman unsolicited and then drove away with his bike. Together with an eyewitness, the victim made a report, after which the perpetrator was identified with the help of camera images. During his interrogation, Mamadou B. recognized that he was in Ostend, but he denied the facts.
Mamadou did not show up on his trial and was already in total seventeen convictions. The Ministry therefore demanded for twelve months. He also has to pay a fine of 1100 euros to the civil party.
