In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, a man drove a van into police cars in Oegstgeest three times. The police wanted to detain the man on Abtspoelweg around 0.30 am, after his number plate was recognized from a violent incident less than an hour earlier in Leiden. The man, who was under the influence, then gave gas and drove into the police car.
