A 25-year-old man from Gistel was sentenced by the court to four months in prison with a delay for his role in a fatal traffic accident in Ostend. In the accident, which occurred almost two years ago, a 37-year-old motorcyclist died. It is striking that the judge considered the motorcyclist liable for a fifth because he was driving too fast.
