The driver of the driver and their five -year -old daughter would have been in the group, the police said in a press release. The driver was arrested.
The emergency services received the facts around 3:30 pm. According to the first reports, a 48-year-old man with his car would have run into a group of people on the sidewalk.
‘Set up not excluded’
“As far as it is known so far, the 38-year-old wife and the 5-year-old daughter were also in the group,” writes the police of Neder-Bieren in the press release. “At the moment it cannot be excluded that the man was consciously run in with his car in the group of people.”
The police also state that the number of injuries and the seriousness of their injuries are not yet known. In the meantime, the police are looking for witnesses to the incident and ask the population to avoid the area.
